Shearon Environmental Design worked with Post Brothers on this luxury apartment complex in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia. The client wanted to reimagine and redesign the central amenity space at an apartment complex they were renovating. The reimagined amenity space included a resort style pool and hot tub complex with multiple levels of pools as well as an outdoor kitchen area.
Shearon’s scope was to install 350 cubic yards of new planting soil, install a new multi zone irrigation system and native plantings around the pool structure. Shearon’s work helped turn this previously blank canvas into a luxury amenity space.
